Email and calendar communications are sent using the customer’s own Google accounts.During automated document generation and delivery, Plum Works may temporarily stage files (for example, generated PDFs) in Plum Works-controlled systems for the purpose of rendering and transferring them into the customer’s Airtable base, and for sending emails where applicable. Temporary staging files are not intended to be a long-term system of record.Where operational events occur (for example, quote acceptance or customer submissions), Plum Works may record workflow audit fields such as timestamps, acceptance method, submission references, and related job or quote identifiers within customer-owned systems for traceability.Plum Works does not calculate VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes.
